About 87BD — Operating Since 2010
What this platform is, who licenses it, what 15 years of operating actually means
87BD has been running continuously since 2010. That's 15 years.
In casino-industry terms, that's a meaningful timeline. The platform launched before bKash existed. Before Nagad existed. Before Aviator was a game. Most online casinos disappear within 18 months of launch — to regulatory issues, payment failures, or operator pivots. The few that survive a decade-plus have made every mistake at least once and corrected for it.
This page covers the basics: who licenses us, what the platform does and doesn't do, how we approach responsible gambling, and how to verify we're who we say we are.
What "since 2010" actually means
Real timeline, real shifts
87BD started in 2010 as a small online casino aggregator targeting South and Southeast Asia. The first version of the platform ran games from European studios — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming. Payment processing was through bank transfers, which took hours and failed about 6% of the time silently.
bKash launched in Bangladesh. We started integrating it within months — bKash was the first mobile money platform that worked smoothly enough to anchor casino payments. Our deposit failure rate dropped from 6% to under 1%.
First mobile-responsive version of the platform. Most casino traffic was still desktop at that time; we anticipated the shift but were slightly early.
Started adding JILI, PG Soft, Spadegaming and other Asian studios. This was the pivot that determined the platform's identity. Within 12 months, JILI was the most-launched studio on the platform — and has stayed there since.
Nagad launched in Bangladesh. Integration came online within 6 months.
Live dealer expansion. Added Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Bandwidth requirements meant we had to upgrade streaming infrastructure on our end too — not just turn on the API.
COVID-era surge. Player traffic doubled. Sportsbook depth expanded to compensate for cancelled cricket and football seasons (added more esports and table tennis coverage, which had continued playing).
Aviator from Spribe became the single most-launched game on the platform within 90 days of integration. Crash category emerged as its own thing.
Native Android app launch.
Current. 600+ games, 80+ providers, 24-hour withdrawal SLA, 24/7 EN/BN support, PAGCOR license in good standing.
Straight talk about regulation
What our license covers, what it doesn't claim to
What PAGCOR licensing means in practice
- Platform meets technical standards for game fairness (certified RNGs required)
- Anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures are mandated — this is why withdrawals require identity verification
- Formal dispute resolution path exists if something goes wrong with your account
- License is renewable; operators with compliance failures lose it
- Operator information is publicly listed on PAGCOR's website
What PAGCOR licensing doesn't claim to do
- Doesn't cover Bangladesh-specific gambling law. Bangladeshi regulation of online gambling is unclear, dating back to the 1867 Public Gambling Act that predates the internet by 130 years.
- Doesn't guarantee you'll win. No license can do that — house edge is mathematical, not regulatory.
- Doesn't override your local jurisdiction's rules on whether gambling activity is legal where you live.

Honest tools, real warning signs, working resources
Tools you control
Account settings → responsible gambling tab. Available options:
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly maximums. Lower limits take effect immediately. Raising limits requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — platform warns you after chosen duration, can log you out automatically.
- Loss limits — hard cap on net loss per period.
- Self-exclusion — 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent. Cannot be lifted before period ends.
Warning signs
- Betting more than you intended
- Chasing losses ("I'll win it back next session")
- Lying to family about gambling
- Borrowing money to play
- Skipping work, sleep, or relationships to gamble
- Thinking about the next session constantly
